Essential oil of marjoram can be inhaled, added to a soaking bath, or massaged into the skin with a carrier oil.
It has long been used as an overall nerve tonic because its benefits are so widespread.

Clary sage oil also helps ease tendonitis thanks to a combination of its anti-inflammatory properties and its ability to improve circulation.

How to Use Essential Oils for Tendonitis Pain
Oils can be applied directly to the skin (after dilution with a carrier oil).

The trouble with this type of diffuser is that the oils experience fractioning over time and will lose potency as the day goes on.
Ultrasonic Diffuser – These electric devices use a current to vibrate a disk which spreads microparticles of oil into the air. These are the most efficient diffuser for aromatherapy purposes. It also diffuses a cold mist without any heat applied to the oil. This helps keep all the healing properties working at their highest levels.
Nebulizing Diffuser – Just like perfume atomizers, this type of diffuser expels essential oils into the air in tiny droplets. Many people prefer a nebulizing diffuser for its strong scent. They are usually equipped with a timing mechanism to ensure the precious oils aren’t wasted.
