1. Helichrysum Essential Oil

Several studies have shown that Helichrysum oil is so effective at treating kidney stones that is has the ability to be an alternative to potassium citrate. It’s also believed that it could reduce the regrowth of kidney stones so it’s perfect for prevention.

To make an effective treatment for kidney stones, mix two drops of lemon oil with around 2-4 drops of undiluted pure helichrysum to water. Or you can add the oil topically over the lower abdomen twice a day.

Internal use: For the most part, this method of using essential oils should be avoided. However, there are some oils that you can consume with no problem. For oils like basil, peppermint, or lemon, you can use them for cooking or making teas. Otherwise, it’s advised that you speak with a medical professional before ingesting essential oils.
