Essential Oils For Upset Stomach

Many people wonder if essential oils for upset stomach can be used to help with their bloating and gas. The first thing to know is that the digestion process is a two part process. The foods we eat create toxins and these cause problems when they are not released from the body. One of the ways to help release these toxins is to increase the amount of exercise we get. Exercising releases endorphins which are natural pain killers.

Drinking a cup of warm ginger tea, in a small glass of water, after meals is an excellent remedy for bloating and gas. Ginger has the effect of stimulating the production of digestive juices. Drinking ginger tea also serves to detoxify the system. Taking a half a cup of ginger and drinking it after meals, will have a positive effect on your stomach ache. This is one of the fastest remedies you can use to relieve stomach pain.

Some essential oils for upset stomachs can help calm the digestive process. Turmeric is a spice and has excellent digestive soothing properties. Chewing cardamom seeds is a good way to calm down the digestive process. It has excellent anti-inflammatory properties as well. Both turmeric and cardamom contain healing antioxidants that help to remove built up waste and toxins. These can then be eliminated safely from the body.

Licorice can also be used to help calm the digestive tract. It is one of the essential oils recommended for digestive problems. Licorice can be taken in a pure form or in its root extract form. Licorice may be best used to relieve nausea, indigestion, and heartburn.

Lemon essential oils for morning sickness are excellent for relieving nausea. Lemon provides relief for the most common cause of morning sickness. Lemon essential oils for morning sickness can be used at the first sign of a feeling of nausea. A teaspoon mixed with a glass of water is an effective remedy for nausea. Another way to make a concentrated solution of lemon essential oils for morning sickness is to add a few drops to a cup of warm boiled water. Drinking a cup full of lemon extract several times throughout the day can be very effective in helping to relieve the vomiting of a woman suffering with morning sickness.

There are several other good ways to relieve upset stomachs. 5 essential oils are part of my complete natural treatment system for upset stomachs and I recommend that you try them. The first one is papaya. Papaya helps promote better digestion. It has a strong taste that some people find unpleasant. However, the taste usually goes away after a few hours and papaya is a powerful diuretic that will help facilitate easier breathing.

The second remedy I like for reducing the symptoms of a upset stomach is ginger. Ginger offers the same calming effect that papaya has, but it also has a stronger flavor. People usually like the taste of ginger more than papaya, which is a good thing because ginger has the ability to really mask the unpleasant tastes of food. Because of this, many people choose to add ginger to their diet instead of papaya.

The third remedy I am going to introduce to you is a wonderful little flower that comes from the lavender family. Lavender is well known for its calming and soothing qualities. Many people also choose to use lavender essential oil for their overall treatment of symptoms of nausea. For this reason, lavender is a very popular choice for those who want to relieve symptoms of nausea. One of the ways that lavender essential oil can be helpful is that it can provide some relief from some of the symptoms of an upset stomach. So, if you want to try this flower for your treatment of your nausea, you should look into purchasing some lavender essential oils to give yourself relief.
